1. Ensure the load cell is securely connected to the indicator, and that the shielding wires and metal case of the load cells are properly grounded. Do not plug or unplug the connecting line from the indicator to avoid electrostatic damage.
2. CAUTION: Both the indicator and load cells are sensitive to electrostatic discharge; therefore, welding and other strong electrical activities are strictly prohibited on the platform of the scale.
Additionally, do not operate the scales in conditions of rain or thunderstorms.
